About the role
The Project Manager for Airfield Civil Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of airport infrastructure projects. This role ensures all civil engineering activities meet safety regulations, quality standards, and budget requirements within an aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the full lifecycle of airfield civil infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and airport stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Supervise site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs
- Manage project schedules and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Ensure all site operations adhere to aviation safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in heavy civil construction or airfield infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with aviation-specific regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and CAD software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct site inspections and work in a field service capacity
