Key Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of Bain case process and how Expert/delivery team members contribute to client results
- Staff a group of approximately 30–40 professionals in a timely and thoughtful manner, balancing individual development goals with client needs and firm priorities
- Partner closely with Bain Partners, Managers, and practice leadership on staffing decisions through proactive, collaborative discussions
- Manage clear and consistent communication of staffing decisions
- Ensure staffing processes, policies, and communications are transparent, understood, and applied fairly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing databases
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience; consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience in staffing, HR, or professional development is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset with meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
