Manager, Finance - Mergers & Acquisitions at Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. Support evaluation and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and joint ventures. Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation. Coordinate due diligence and manage external advisors.

Key Responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research.
- Assist in financial analysis, valuation, and business case development.
- Support preparation of investment materials and internal approval papers.
- Coordinate and support due diligence activities.
- Assist in managing external advisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good financial and commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines.
