About the role
Senior Contract Executive responsible for managing change orders, variation claims, subcontract administration, tender preparation, and cost control for offshore and onshore engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages change orders and variation claims from subcontractors and maintains a complete register of all change orders.
- Collaborates with engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractor teams to support timely contract price adjustments and claims.
- Prepares documentation and substantiation for variation orders and claims in accordance with contract requirements and follows up with the client until approval.
- Manages the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including claims administration, measurements, and bills of quantities.
- Prepares tender and subcontract documents, bid and subcontract checklists, and conducts bid and subcontract evaluations and summaries.
- Ensures main contract terms, project specifications, and requirements are fully incorporated into tender and subcontract documents.
Requirements
- Holds a Degree or Diploma in Engineering disciplines or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, onshore petrochemical plants, and renewable energy projects is an advantage.
- Good team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to commit overtime as required.
