About the role
Quantity Surveyor responsible for preparing measurement documentation, cost analysis, tender and claim management, and supporting engineering and procurement teams on offshore and onshore projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost‑plus, and adjustable items in accordance with claim requirements
- Collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustments
- Analyzes, quantifies, and prepares material take‑offs and work quantities, and records data into databases for material and cost management
- Tracks design and construction changes, and measures and values work performed
- Manages the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including measurement, claims, and bills of quantities
- Prepares tender documents, bid checklists, bid submissions, and conducts bid evaluations and summaries
Requirements
- Holds a Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Familiarity with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, and onshore petrochemical plants (preferred)
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to commit overtime as required
