About the role

The Visual Solution Developer designs and builds interactive UI/UX, data visualizations, and high‑quality video/3D animation content to simplify data presentation and project communication, working closely with solution architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops interactive UI/UX for visual solutions, dashboards, and applications that simplify data presentation and workflows
  • Develops custom visualizations using modern frameworks and tools to support business and technical requirements
  • Produces high‑quality video content, including motion graphics and 3D construction animation videos, to effectively visualize projects and concepts
  • Ensures designs and video outputs are responsive, accessible, and performance‑optimized across platforms
  • Collaborates closely with Solution Architects, Solution Developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging visual UX/UI solutions
  • Works with engineers and project managers to create accurate and compelling 3D construction animation videos for project walkthroughs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in visual development, multimedia design, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and video/animation projects
  • Holds a Degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline
  • Strong technical expertise in visualization tools, video editing software, and 3D animation platforms
  • Ability to transform complex data and concepts into engaging visual stories through creative and effective storytelling
  • Proven ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and business teams to deliver integrated visual solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, precision, and high-quality output in both creative and technical work
