About the role

Leads end-to-end tender management for offshore substation projects, defining bid strategies, coordinating timelines, consolidating technical inputs, developing cost estimates, optimizing pricing, managing stakeholder interfaces, leading clarification meetings, identifying and mitigating commercial, technical and contractual risks, and ensuring high-quality compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the end-to-end tender management process for offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC platforms.
  • Reviews Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents and defines bid strategies in alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinates tender timelines, deliverables, and internal approval processes to ensure timely submission.
  • Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including electrical, structural, topsides, and marine disciplines.
  • Ensures technical compliance with client specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consolidates technical inputs into a cohesive and well-integrated proposal.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in tender management, bid management, or proposal preparation for offshore and onshore oil & gas or energy projects.
