Key Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of projects and programs undertaken by the Transformation Office.
- Plans, prepares, and facilitates check-ins with initiative owners to monitor progress and implementation status.
- Performs data analysis to support initiative ideation and problem‑solving.
- Prepares reports, dashboards, and communications to update management on program status and outcomes.
- Provides secretarial and administrative support for management and board committees.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, transformation, consulting, operations, PMO, or analytics (fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Good planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
