The UI Designer will lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring they align with business goals, user requirements, and brand standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate business needs and user requirements
- Synthesize findings to inform UI design decisions
- Ensure UI specifications align with business goals and user expectations
- Review user research to identify enhancement opportunities
- Define technical specifications and delivery platform requirements
- Lead the design of UI components for consistency with product concepts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Multimedia, Computer Science (with design electives) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Ability to create high‑fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
