About the role
The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions, negotiating contracts, managing the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and IT security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service‑level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and value
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle including RFQs, RFPs, and contract management
- Conduct sourcing activities, obtain competitive quotes, and evaluate supplier proposals
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with internal policies and approval matrices
- Support contract and price negotiations to achieve cost savings and value improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement or IT asset management
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, perpetual, subscription)
- Knowledge of IoT devices and protocols
- Understanding of networking hardware and configurations
- Familiarity with digital platforms and cloud services
