Senior Planning Engineer responsible for developing and managing detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects in the marine/offshore industry, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and utilizing tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution
- Conduct site surveys and prepare manpower and equipment planning
- Formulate construction methodologies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules and perform constructability studies
- Lead project performance analysis using earned value management and critical path analysis
- Prepare reporting tools such as Gantt charts and maintain schedule updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction planning within the marine/offshore industry
- Experience with design‑build and construction management at risk delivery methods
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner (Version 6.0 or higher)
- Good working knowledge of all phases of construction across various disciplines
