About the role
The Planning Engineer (Management Trainee) will develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects, conduct site surveys, prepare manpower and equipment planning, and formulate construction methodologies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and using tools such as earned value management and critical path analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution
- Conduct site surveys and prepare manpower and equipment planning
- Formulate construction methodologies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules and perform constructability studies
- Lead project performance analysis using earned value management and critical path analysis
- Prepare reporting tools such as Gantt charts and maintain schedule updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
- On‑the‑job training will be provided
- Experience with design‑build and construction management at risk delivery methods (preferred)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera Project Planner (Version 6.0 or higher)
- Good working knowledge of all phases of construction across various disciplines
