About the role
The Subcontracts Executive (Management Trainee) reports to senior managers, ensures compliance with SOPs and quality procedures, drives process improvements, maintains a reliable subcontractor list, coordinates with internal stakeholders and subcontractors, manages manpower loading, prepares bid evaluations, reviews invoices and settlements, oversees sponsorship and foreign worker compliance, conducts interviews and inspections, processes work documents, issues performance letters, and prepares management reports. The role requires an engineering degree, strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Reports to Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager
- Comply with company policies
- Ensure all relevant SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Procedures are observed
- Devise improvement initiatives on existing processes and procedures
- Maintain a list of reliable subcontractors through screening, registration, and banding system
- Liaise with internal department stakeholders and subcontractors
