Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with project and operations teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Handle end‑user inquiries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents for customs declarations.
- Coordinate joint inspection of equipment and materials with project and quality assurance teams.
- Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch‑list clearance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency with a warehouse management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
