Electrical Engineer responsible for managing electrical, instrument and telecom disciplines in shipyard construction projects, coordinating design, planning, execution, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to ensure product quality and timely delivery to commissioning.
- Work closely with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop work plans for electrical systems and subsystems construction, testing and commissioning.
- Study electrical drawings such as cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout, single line and interconnection drawings.
- Perform electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity checks, megger testing and ATEX inspection.
- Create work packages by area or subsystem.
- Plan resources, manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or related discipline.
- Entry level candidates welcome; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Understanding of construction schedules and critical path analysis.
- Experience managing vendors and sub‑contractors.
- Ability to handle projects independently.
