Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business heads and legal counterparts to provide ongoing legal support
- Provide corporate legal and regulatory advice on financing, banking, leases, M&A, intellectual property, sanctions, data protection, and anti-competition
- Draft basic documents such as MOUs and JV contracts
- Advise Finance team in negotiating banking documentation for loans
- Advise on legal matters, attend meetings, and work with customers and vendors
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualified experience, preferably in
