About the role
The Data Administrator will perform data collection and updates for verification and validation activities, maintain a project-specific MBSE tool, ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across the product lifecycle, participate in planning, and collaborate with field teams to gather evidence. The role requires a diploma or degree with programming and IT experience, knowledge of marine offshore construction, EPC, and oil & gas, and proficiency with data management tools such as Relatics, IBM-Doors, MySQL, VB, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs data collection and updates for verification and validation activities.
- Maintains the project-specific Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tool for the portfolio, capable of handling large volumes of documents and project data.
- Ensures data quality, consistency, and traceability across the product lifecycle.
- Participates in planning and activities related to verification and validation.
- Collaborates with the project team in field activities to gather evidence for verification and validation tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma with programming and IT experience.
- Any degree with a proven track record in the marine offshore construction field, coupled with programming and information management skills.
- Knowledge in EPC, marine applications, and/or oil and gas is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Experience with systems engineering web-based tools such as Relatics, IBM-Doors.
- Experience with MySQL, VB, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
