Senior Specialist responsible for designing and reviewing energy infrastructure systems, performing power system design and sizing analysis, ensuring compliance with grid standards, coordinating EPC and energy storage projects, and engaging stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and review functional system specifications for energy infrastructure and electrification projects
- Perform topside power system designs including operational philosophy, design calculations, and detail engineering drawings
- Conduct sizing analysis for new build or retrofits of electric vessels
- Lead compliance efforts towards grid and transmission requirements
- Engage stakeholders to update and coordinate overall project design
- Plan, coordinate, and execute energy infrastructure EPC and energy storage implementation
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines
- Good knowledge of marine energy infrastructure design, including energy storage systems, smart grid, and micro‑grid implementation
- Prior experience in grid‑tie project development and execution
- Familiarity with design, review, and simulation of energy infrastructure applications
- Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards for energy infrastructure and energy storage
- Experience in design and execution of marine or land‑based power systems
