Key roles and responsibilities

Conduct and disseminate daily tracking of media coverage and industry trends across priority markets to identify relevant coverage, emerging issues and reputational risks.
Draft in-house topical articles and briefing materials to support consistent messaging and corporate storytelling.
Assess and recommend speaking opportunities.
Coordinate the prompt release of press releases, and corporate news across all traditional and digital channels.
Ensure approved news is updated and published promptly across relevant channels (e.g. website newsroom, internal updates, social media where applicable).
Drive the adoption of AI tools to automate media inbox monitoring and streamline speaking engagement assessments and sponsorship reviews.
Oversee sponsorship compliance and governance to ensure partnerships align with organisational values and strategic objectives.

Qualifications & experience

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in media relations, corporate communications or public affairs (in house or agency).
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience in media monitoring, news analysis and managing media enquiries.
Track record of producing quality thought leadership pieces and press materials.
Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines and follow through without close supervision.
Able to thrive in fast-paced working environment.
Able to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrates openness to collaboration and a willingness to take on new initiatives.
Good judgement and attention to detail, especially when handling media enquiries and approvals.
Knowledge of AI productivity tools and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
