Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding from prospect advisory to account opening.
  • Partner with RM in KYC write-up and ensure adequate follow-up with clients.
  • Conduct joint discussions with Front Office and KYC team for case decisions.
  • Perform risk assessments and assist in documentation reworks.
  • Keep updated on KYC/AML regulations and ensure adherence to laws.
  • Share best KYC practices and improve collaboration between units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in KYC, AML, and/or client onboarding in private banking/financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FATCA, CRS, MAS guidelines).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with KYC software, databases, and banking systems.
