DBS is seeking a SVP/ED, Team Lead, Data Translator for Private Banking/Wealth. This role focuses on driving Front Office analytics, hyper-personalized campaign targeting, and managing the full lifecycle of data and analytics solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for Front Office analytics
- Oversee hyper-personalized campaign targeting and management
- Manage the full lifecycle of data and analytics solutions
- Drive analysis by reviewing Relationship Manager (RM) activities vs. outcomes
- Lead the design and implementation of Control Towers and data compute for KPI tracking
- Maintain oversight on targeting, execution, and measurement of client communications
Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent quantitative fields
- Over 12+ years of practical experience in analytics
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to details and problem-solving abilities
- High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data analysis
- Experience with big data platforms, agile data methodologies, and machine learning applications
