About the role
Drive customer usage and engagement for DBS Cards and PayLah! through strategic partnerships, compelling propositions, and seamless customer journeys. This role leads and develops a team to originate, execute, and scale partnerships across key merchant ecosystems, positioning DBS as the preferred payment method.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, originate, and secure strategic partnerships
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive usage
- Define and enhance end-to-end customer journeys
- Own and track KPIs including billings, usage uplift, campaign ROI
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or payments/cards
- Experience in consumer payments, digital wallets, or merchant ecosystems preferred
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership / people management
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline preferred
