- Develop and maintain operational risk management framework

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 8-15 years of experience in operational risk management
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and processes
- Proven ability to design and implement risk controls
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
