Key Responsibilities
- Workday Financials New Feature Release Tenant Management: Understanding new features in bi-annual releases and assessing activation, including AI/machine learning features.
- Workday Financials Business Process Administration: Ensuring system controls and governance over harmonized processes across SG, core markets, international centers; maintaining business processes and establishing change process.
- Workday Relationship & Training: Supporting shared service user team on queries and support and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand system architecture, system integrations and data model.
- Experience in Workday Financial Management required.
- Experience leading change management or process redesign initiatives an advantage.
