Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for consumer cross-border transfers business, aligning with DBS broader objectives.
- Manage product performance and portfolio analysis for cross-border transfers, including P&L drivers and identification of risks and opportunities.
- Lead and manage team initiatives, product design, and capabilities to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Drive advanced competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, and formulate pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Deep industry knowledge in cross-border payments and unsecured lending.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
- Proven track record in product management and P&L management.
- Experience in strategic planning and market analysis.
