VP/SVP, AI Governance Lead for Group Operations to establish and oversee the AI governance framework. Ensure adherence to bank's AI Governance requirements, RDU policies, and regulatory standards. Drive consistency and best practices in AI governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain the AI Governance framework within Group Operations
- Ensure all AI use cases and models adhere to AI Governance requirements
- Drive the operationalization of the Group Operations RDU Governance model
- Manage the AI use case/model review, approval, and retrofit processes
- Drive adherence to the PURE framework for data use cases
- Collaborate with Use Case Owners, Model Owners, and Lead Model Developers
Requirements
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in data governance, AI governance, or risk management in financial services
- Proven track record in implementing and managing governance frameworks for AI solutions
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for AI governance
- Deep functional expertise of data governance and management best practices
- Skilled in assessing data-related risks and controls
