Key Responsibilities
- Perform deposit and withdrawal of physical securities into Vault.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of certificate/Notes in Vault.
- Coordinate and arrange logistic for CDP quarterly and annual scrip count.
- Perform and monitor vault administration.
- Coordinate user access set-up of external service provider applications.
- Coordinate users access review.
Requirements
- Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in Custody Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
