DBS Group Operations is seeking an Analyst for Corporate Account Services. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing account opening documents for various clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating discrepancies, and participating in process improvement and digital platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Review account opening documents and perform account opening for clients.
- Ensure customer records are properly created and updated.
- Process requests within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) and procedures.
- Comply with external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on discrepancy items.
- Participate in process improvement and digital platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 3 years of work experience in the Banking industry.
- Knowledge in industry regulations (e.g., MAS626, FATCA/CRS) is preferred.
- Good team player and ability to work independently.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous with an eye for detail, organized with good problem-solving skills.
