About the role
The VP, AI Efficiency & Hybrid Workforce Lead drives AI adoption and hybrid workforce strategies within the Tech COO organization. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through AI tools and managing the integration of human and digital labor.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of AI efficiency initiatives across the organization.
- Design and implement hybrid workforce models combining human talent with AI and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI and hybrid workforce strategies.
- Manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and operational specialists.
- Drive change management and adoption of new AI tools and workflows.
- Report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI, or operational efficiency roles.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with hybrid workforce models and digital labor integration.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and automation technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry is a plus.
