Key Responsibilities
- Process and settle financial market transactions accurately and timely
- Perform daily trade confirmations and affirmations
- Reconcile cash and security positions with counterparties and internal systems
- Monitor and resolve trade exceptions and discrepancies
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports
- Support audit and regulatory inquiries as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services operations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data processing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial instruments and market operations is a plus
