About the role
The Senior Associate in Wealth Management Operations handles a variety of asset transfer activities, coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate and compliant processing. The role also supports project work and provides assistance to the team leader as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets
- Liaise with different parties such as CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer
- Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer
- Ensure all cash and securities breaks are promptly investigated and follow up
- Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance the Bank's operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements
- Handle security transfers queries from FO and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience processing financial asset transfers
- Knowledge of settlement processes and custodianship
- Attention to detail regarding compliance and operating guidelines
- Strong liaison skills with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., CDP)
- Ability to handle queries regarding security transfers
