About the role
Responsible for supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems and programs, including system development, testing, user acceptance testing, production support, and leveraging GenAI for business continuity plan reviews. Also involves planning and executing BCP exercises, coordinating with stakeholders, and using Excel and scripting for automation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Team Lead on system development and testing to ensure fit-for-purpose system enhancements to meet evolving BCM requirements.
- Provide hands-on production and operational support for BCM systems, from resolving software issues to managing system security reviews and user access.
- Support Group-wide BCP initiatives by leveraging GenAI to review, enhance and benchmark business continuity plans.
- Support or lead the planning and execution of organisation-wide BCP exercises that simulate real incident response and recovery.
- Coordinate and support Group-level BCP initiatives to continuously raise the Bank's resilience and readiness.
- Lead User Requirement Gathering with key stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing with Application Development team/key users, Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support for BCM systems.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Continuity Management or related field.
- Knowledge of GenAI for reviewing and enhancing business continuity plans.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBA).
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and production support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
