Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned semiconductor and advanced manufacturing corporate clients
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including cash-flow modeling, covenant monitoring, and risk assessment
- Prepare credit memoranda and annual reviews for client portfolios
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client relationship plans
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients
- Support new business development through market research and client targeting
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience working with semiconductor, electronics, or industrial technology companies preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite interactions
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Knowledge of credit risk analysis and loan structuring
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
