About the role
The role involves business partnering, performance management, planning, forecasting, MIS, analytics, risk control, and transformation for the Institutional Banking Group within Group Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as trusted finance business partner to country and regional Institutional Banking Group segments
- Develop understanding of business drivers, revenue mix, cost structures, balance sheet usage, RWA, client profitability
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and profitability improvement
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and medium-term business planning exercises for IBG
- Deliver timely MIS, management dashboards, and performance commentary with forward-looking analysis
- Partner with Group Financial Planning & Analysis and stakeholders on management reviews and presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, or Wholesale Banking
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Copilot) is an advantage
