The role is for a forward-thinking leader to manage and innovate wealth management operations, integrating Agentic AI to enhance efficiency and client experience. The manager will lead teams across Corporate Actions, Client Solutions, Reconciliation, and Fees and Billing, driving strategic alignment and future-proofing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of operational specialists across Corporate Actions, Client Solutions Desk, Reconciliation, and Fees and Billing.
- Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered to embrace and leverage cutting-edge tools, fostering continuous learning and digital upskilling.
- Drive accurate and timely processing of corporate action events by implementing advanced solutions including Agentic AI for anomaly detection and compliance.
- Deploy solutions to anticipate client inquiries, personalize interactions, and resolve complex issues, integrating chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations with unparalleled accuracy through strategic implementation of reconciliation tools and predictive analytics.
- Supervise intelligent calculation, generation, and distribution of fees and billing statements, optimizing processes with AI.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and regulatory frameworks, particularly wealth management.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and wealth management platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex environments.
