Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic architecture and solutioning for enterprise-grade portfolio and wealth management platforms.
- Shape and evolve engineering, architecture, and product strategies for end-to-end portfolio lifecycle platforms.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack solutions for portfolio management journeys.
- Oversee and manage up to 6 squads of full-stack engineers, providing strategic direction and technical guidance.
- Champion adoption of cutting-edge technologies, distributed micro-frontend architectures, and advanced engineering practices.
- Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment strategies utilizing platforms like OpenShift Container Platform.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in architecting and delivering large-scale full-stack platforms using Java, ReactJS, and Python.
- Proven expertise in designing and operating mission-critical investment and portfolio management systems serving millions of users.
- Deep architectural knowledge of distributed systems, micro-services, and advanced micro-frontend patterns.
- Mastery of CI/CD methodologies, advanced DevOps practices, and experience with cloud-native deployment platforms like OpenShift.
- Exceptional leadership and management experience to lead multiple engineering squads.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
