About the role
The Senior Associate, Regional Wealth Management Operations will play a key supporting role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Wealth Management Operations (WMO) across all DBS locations. This role focuses on understanding current operational processes, conducting detailed business analysis, and contributing to process re-engineering and optimization efforts to support the WMO strategy and Target Operating Model implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Wealth Management Operations (WMO) across all DBS locations.
- Understand existing operational processes within the Wealth Management division.
- Conduct detailed business analysis of current workflows.
- Contribute to process re-engineering and optimization initiatives.
- Support project teams in the implementation of the WMO strategy and Target Operating Model.
Requirements
- Understanding of Wealth Management operations
- Proven ability in business process analysis
- Experience with operational efficiency improvement projects
- Knowledge of banking operations infrastructure
- Capability to support strategic operational models
