Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and timely issue resolution. Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements. Automate operational tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools. Monitor system performance and health. Participate in duty support rotations and on-call support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and timely issue resolution
- Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
- Automate operational tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
- Participate in duty support rotations, including on-call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Murex, including modules such as e-Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues efficiently
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, SQL, and automation tools
