Strategic planning and program management role supporting the Technology COO, responsible for strategy development, articulation, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define and shape short- and long-term Technology priorities
- Proactively identify and analyse emerging trends through active research, providing insightful recommendations to shape strategic direction
- Translate complex information into clear, concise messages
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations that articulate the technology vision to internal and external audiences, including executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and board members
- Serve as the Secretariat for the Tech Executive Committee, developing agenda, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining related documentation
- Design key performance indicators to translate strategy into actionables
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or a related function
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to very quickly connect the dots, summarise and communicate complex topics to story-tell in an understandable manner for different stakeholders, especially for senior executives
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and in fast paced environment
- Strong management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
