Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk monitoring oversight and harmonise Group liquidity framework and methodologies across locations
- Assist in the formulation and review of liquidity policies and practices, such as intraday liquidity management
- Analyze liquidity data, stress testing results, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor and interpret regional regulatory developments and ensure compliance
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on liquidity position, risks, and policy effectiveness
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years in liquidity risk/treasury role in a bank
- Good understanding of market developments and implications on liquidity risk management, such as 2023 US Banking Crisis
- Familiar with prevailing regulatory liquidity requirements and emerging trends
- Practical experience in data and system enhancements/implementation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player, result-oriented with strong sense of ownership
