About the role
The Segment Development Manager supports the growth of DBS Treasures franchise by engaging retail clients, introducing Treasures value proposition, facilitating cross-border banking opportunities, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage identified DBS retail clients through structured outreach to introduce DBS Treasures value proposition.
- Conduct meaningful conversations to understand client needs and assess suitability for Treasures up-segmentation.
- Support seamless onboarding of qualified clients into DBS Treasures segment per internal policies.
- Promote Treasures International (TRI) proposition to clients with international banking needs.
- Identify cross-border banking opportunities and facilitate referrals across DBS markets.
- Support initiatives aligned with DBS' Global Indian and cross-border strategy.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 3–5 years of experience in client engagement, relationship management, affluent banking, or related roles.
- Exposure to cross-border client segments or international banking environments is advantageous.
- Understanding of the Singapore affluent client landscape will be beneficial.
- Strong client engagement, relationship-building capabilities, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting structured banking conversations with clients.
