Lead the Bank's inorganic growth and strategic partnership initiatives within Group Finance, driving value through mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions to maximize the Bank's competitive and financial position.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the Bank's inorganic growth and strategic partnership agenda in partnership with business and function heads.
- Originate and evaluate M&A, investments, divestments, JVs, and partnerships; develop strategic rationale and business cases.
- Lead end-to-end execution including valuation/modelling, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, approvals, and documentation.
- Manage senior governance by preparing materials for management and Board/committees and coordinating decision forums.
- Drive value realisation post-deal through integration/separation activities and synergy delivery.
- Build and manage a high-performing corporate development team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate Development.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Ability to manage complex deal execution lifecycles.
