This critical role is responsible for leading and developing the Group's security governance function, defining its strategic direction, priorities, and roadmap. The position drives the design and governance of security systems across all regions to ensure consistent application of standards, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Group's security governance function.
- Define the strategic direction, priorities, and roadmap for security in alignment with DBS' risk appetite and overall security strategy.
- Oversee the design and governance of security systems across all regions.
- Ensure consistent application of security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive initiatives in collaboration with in-country managers, technology teams, facilities, and third-party vendors to safeguard assets and reputation.
