Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24 x 7 IT Operational support to production support teams including weekends and holidays.
- Incident Management and Reporting Recovery coordinator for involving the right parties and recording of chronological events Point of escalation for support staff or management Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handover Monitoring and recovery of batch jobs Perform health checks and alert management.
- Consolidate and analyse management reports for presentation.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved by the application team.
- Lead formal and informal Post Event Problem Reviews (PEPRs) with platform support teams.
- Facilitate and manage business/operations communication during critical issues.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotation shifts, including weekends.
- Experience in IT operational support environments.
- Strong analytical skills for incident reporting and recovery.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during outages.
