Senior Associate/Associate responsible for performance management, budgeting, and MIS for DBS Consumer Banking's Secured Lending business. Involves data analysis, dashboard development, expense monitoring, regulatory reporting, and operational risk reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
- Run performance management forecast and budgeting for Secured Lending business
- Collaborate with Product and Business Analytics team on MIS dashboards
- Prepare CEO quarterly results update and annual budget reviews
- Drive data report automation for regulatory reports and key business data control towers
- Monitor Deposits & Secured Loans (DSL) expense and provide timely updates
- Work with Product teams to ensure timely accruals of DSL expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in finance and MIS
- Conversant in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of QlikSense and data analytical tools advantageous
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with managing and analyzing voluminous data
