About the role
Drive the origination, structuring, and execution of complex structured finance transactions by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop holistic solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify asset-backed securitization opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders (GFM, IBG, PB).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with structured finance issuers and clients.
- Engage clients alongside senior management to create holistic structured-finance solutions.
- Actively identify new opportunities and develop pitches with internal stakeholders to enable new mandates.
- Structure transactions optimizing client objectives while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, credit rating, tax, and accounting requirements.
- Lead end-to-end transaction management, including modeling, cashflow analysis, due diligence, and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Partner with syndication and sales to optimize the distribution of securities to investors.
Requirements
- Experience in structured finance transaction management
- Ability to lead end-to-end deal execution
- Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, credit rating, tax, and accounting requirements in structured finance
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
- Proficiency in transaction structuring, modeling, and cashflow analysis
- Experience working with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Syndication, Sales)
