About the role
Vice President of Financial Institutions Sales for Digital Assets within Global Transaction Services, responsible for growing a portfolio of digital asset native clients, deepening wallet share, achieving revenue targets, and delivering end-to-end banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign a portfolio of digital assets clients across the Digital Asset Ecosystem and grow the segment.
- Deepen wallet share of existing clients and develop new relationships based on target market criteria.
- Achieve revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Perform client visits and calls to close deals for GTS (Cash & Custody), transaction FX, and Digital Exchange offerings.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery to meet client requirements.
- Develop understanding of clients' needs and bank products by working with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years' relevant experience as a Financial Institutions Sales person in Transaction banking, preferably with digital economy experience.
- Good knowledge of the Digital Asset Ecosystem across service providers, intermediaries, issuers, investors, financial services, and technology providers.
- Strong sense of ownership, results-oriented, structured way of working.
- Open-minded but anchored with professional integrity.
- Outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong driver and collaborator, resourceful with ability to partner to deliver for the Digital Asset Ecosystem.
