Lead end-to-end implementation and system integration for Global Transaction Services products, managing client onboarding and advisory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and project manage end-to-end implementation process for GTS products
- Manage system integration between client systems and DBS systems
- Provide advisory to clients on implementation approach and technical specifications
- Ensure timely project updates and manage escalations
- Conduct post-implementation surveys and reviews
- Participate in RFI and RFP responses
Requirements
- Degree or higher preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in GTS implementation or system integration with transaction banking systems
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of GTS products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Financing, Securities Services) is an advantage
- Effective project management and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
