Key Responsibilities
- Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions. - Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records - Authorise transactions and payments input by processing staff. - Attend to auditor / customer / external parties' queries. - Investigation and rectification of problems / errors. - Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics. - Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals. - Participate in system enhancements and projects.
Requirements
- Experience performing Transfer Agency functions.
- Knowledge of due diligence processes for fund investors.
- Attention to detail in transaction authorization and error rectification.
- Familiarity with operational manuals (BCP/DRP) is beneficial.
