About the role
The digiWealth team is seeking an Engagements Proposition team member to drive awareness and acquisitions through effective engagement loops. The role involves content marketing, campaign optimization, building habit-forming engagements, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in financial services or tech, with strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Content marketing and campaign optimisation: standard-bearer of content excellence in customer engagement assets both in-app and via external marketing assets, packaging information into digestible formats.
- Innovation on best habit-forming engagements: driving digital relationship with customers, delivering useful service and fulfilment information from post-sales engagement to next best actions and investing ideas.
- Driving sharp customer-first communications: orchestrating campaigns that take a clear customer lens, tying I&I solutions to customers' needs.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration: working with I&I product managers to unpack product expressions, managing timely communication of new product launches and enhancements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years' working experience in marketing and communications, ideally in financial services or tech industry.
- Content marketing and digital campaign management experiences are immediate advantages; experience in design thinking is a plus.
- Strong communications, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results.
- Strategic thinker focused on using communications and customer engagements to drive acquisition/retention.
- Strong project management skills: detailed, able to juggle tasks on tight timelines.
